Grun pumps are ideal for emptying liquids or low viscosity products from 25 Ltr pails, 205 Ltr drums or 1000 Ltr IBC's. They are portable and easy to use and unlike some other products on the market they are also fully serviceable and repairable. A pump consists of a drive motor and pump tube connected by a universal quick release coupling, enabling a number of configuration options. Drive motors are either 110v or 240v single phase, 415v three phase or compressed air driven. Pump tubes come in a variety of plastic and metal materials in lengths from 700mm to 1200mm to suit your container and can be specified with a range of sealing and pump head options. To compliment the pump range a series of accessories are also available such as drum adapters, wall brackets, flow meters and dispensing nozzles

Kecol V series gear pumps are positive displacement internal rotary gear pumps. They develop smooth flow and constant capacity directly proportional to running speed, by reversing direction of rotation the flow of liquid is reversed with full performance in either direction. High vacuum created by the pump permits rapid self priming where required. There are only two moving parts within the pump head: the rotor and idler gears, and only one shaft seal. The rotors have a low peripheral speed and gear teeth touch each other the same number of times ensuring a low rate of wear. Wear adjustment is possible on the front of the rotor through axial adjustment. Routine maintenance and adjustment can be undertaken with the pump head, pipework and drive left installed. Options on the V series pumps include by pass safety relief valves and heating jackets, subject to pump size.
